We've hosted guests aboard the Taliya and been over her ourselves, and for a day boat she's genuinely striking - a brand-new 64-metre vessel with black marble floors, panoramic windows, a putting green and a jacuzzi bigger than you'd expect on a day trip.
The point of the Taliya is that she actually cruises, rather than parking in a crowded cove for the afternoon like a lot of day boats. The seafood buffet gets consistent praise, served in an air-conditioned restaurant with a spring-roll demo and afternoon tea, and the seven and a half hours take in kayaking, swimming and the Dark and Bright Caves without ever feeling rushed.
