These terms apply when you plan, request or book a private Vietnam trip with Few Days Halong, operated by Few Days Group Ltd (Hong Kong). By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Planning and quotes

When you request an itinerary, we prepare a personalised plan and quote based on the details you share. A quote is an estimate based on availability and pricing at the time, and is confirmed once you accept and we secure the bookings on your behalf.

Bookings and payment

Your trip is confirmed once you accept the itinerary and the agreed deposit or payment has been received. Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates are set out in your individual quote, as they vary depending on the hotels, cruises and partners involved.

Changes to your trip

We understand plans change. If you need to adjust your itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate you. Some changes may carry costs passed on by hotels, cruises or transport partners, and we will always make these clear before you confirm.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the partners involved in your specific trip and are set out in your quote. Where a partner applies a cancellation charge, this is passed on to you. We recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.

Our role

We plan and coordinate your trip and work only with hotels, cruises, guides and transport partners we know and trust. While we take great care in choosing them, the individual services on your trip are delivered by these partners, and their own terms also apply to those services.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visa, and suitable travel insurance for your trip. We are happy to advise, but the responsibility for meeting entry requirements rests with each traveller.

Liability

We take responsibility for planning and coordinating your trip with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, transport disruption or events affecting third-party partners.
