Below is our refund policy, outlining the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cruises, Tours, and Accommodation
Few Days Ha Long partners with various cruise operators, tour providers, and accommodation services to create the best experiences for our guests. Each of these providers has its own cancellation and refund policy, which will apply to any bookings made through us.

If you need to cancel or modify your trip, the refund amount will depend on the policy of the specific service provider.

We will assist in facilitating communication with these providers, but Few Days Ha Long is not responsible for refunds issued by third-party operators.

Some cruises, hotels, or tours may offer partial refunds, full refunds, or no refunds at all, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
Before finalizing your booking, we strongly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms of your selected cruise, accommodation, or tour.
2. Few Days Ha Long Service Fee Refund
Few Days Ha Long charges a service fee for planning and booking your itinerary. This fee is partially refundable under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled trip: You will receive a 30% refund of the service fee paid to Few Days Ha Long.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled trip: The service fee is non-refundable due to the administrative work and coordination already undertaken.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to the Few Days Ha Long service fee and does not cover third-party bookings such as cruises, hotels, and excursions.
3. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of extreme weather conditions, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure situations, we will work with our partners to explore the best possible solutions.

If a cruise, tour, or accommodation provider cancels due to force majeure, we will help coordinate alternative arrangements or discuss possible refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds in such circumstances will be subject to the policies of the respective providers.
