What guests say
Guests come for the view - balconies looking across Sapa town to Fansipan and down the Muong Hoa Valley, a small pool with the same outlook, and reception staff who are friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is decent. The recurring complaints are noise from other guests in the corridors, and cleaning that is not always up to standard.
Getting about: Sapa's church, market and restaurants are about ten minutes downhill on foot, though the walk back up is steep - taxis are cheap for the return, and the bus station and the Fansipan cable car station are a short drive.
