Pistachio Hotel

There are seven grades. The three Superior and Deluxe grades are all 38m²: Superior City View and Superior Mountain View have a large window, while the Deluxe Room and Premium Deluxe Room add a private balcony on higher floors. Above them are the 52m² Executive Suite, the 55m² two-bedroom Family Suite and the 127m² Presidential Suite on the 11th floor.

The address is No. 29 Thac Bac Street, Group 5, in central Sapa. Quang Truong Square is about seven minutes on foot, the stone church and the Fansipan cable car station around eight, and the Sapa Museum about five. Sapa Lake is roughly twelve minutes' walk.

Breakfast is served as a buffet in Ta Van Restaurant and is included on most rates booked directly with the hotel. Both Vietnamese and Western dishes are put out. If you book a room-only rate through a third party, the hotel charges for breakfast at the desk.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. The front desk is staffed around the clock. Bags can be left at reception either side of those times.

Yes. The Family Suite is 55m² with two separate bedrooms, one double bed and two singles, sleeping four, and sits on floors 8 to 11. The Presidential Suite on the 11th floor has a separate living and dining room. The indoor pool is open from 06:30 to 21:30, which is useful in cold or wet weather.

Sapa is roughly 320 km from Hanoi. By private car or sleeper bus on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway the journey takes about five and a half to six hours. Alternatively take the overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai, about eight hours, then around an hour by road up to Sapa. Sapa train station is about nine minutes' walk from the hotel.
