Eleven grades. The three Classic grades are all 33m², with garden or mountain views. Above them come the 55-60m² Balcony Junior Suite, the 65m² two-level Duplex, the 70m² Balcony Executive Suite, the 90m² Ambassador Suite and Bungalow, the 121m² Presidential Suite and the 123m² Grand Suite. A Family Connecting option joins two 33m² rooms.

The resort is at Doi Quan 6, Group 5, on high ground at the edge of Sapa town centre. Quang Truong Square is about eight minutes' walk, and the stone church and the Fansipan cable car station roughly ten. Sapa Lake is around thirteen minutes on foot. The walk back is uphill.

Buffet breakfast is served in the resort's restaurants and is included on most packaged rates. There are two restaurants plus bars and cafes on site.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Express check-in and check-out are offered. The front desk operates 24 hours and can hold luggage either side.

Yes, this is one of the better family options in Sapa. The Family Connecting pairs two 33m² rooms with a king and two singles for up to five, and the 90m² Bungalows in the grounds take a king and two singles. There is a free kids' club, a separate children's pool and an indoor heated pool that works in cold weather.

Sapa is roughly 320 km from Hanoi. The usual route is by road on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, about five and a half to six hours by private car or sleeper bus. The overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai takes around eight hours, then it is about an hour by road for the final 35 km up to Sapa.
