Eight grades are published. Deluxe at 24m², Classic at 23-28m², Premium Classic at 28-30m² and Triple Classic at 38m² make up the rooms, with a Family Connecting option joining two 24m² Deluxes. Above those sit the Junior Suite at 55-57m², the Executive Suite at 72m² and the 114m² Presidential Suite.

The Imperial City and the Citadel are on the opposite bank of the Perfume River, listed at about 1.7 miles or six minutes by car. It is a walk of roughly twenty-five minutes across the Truong Tien or Phu Xuan bridge if you would rather go on foot. The riverside promenade and the Dong Ba market are also within walking distance.

Breakfast is served at Olivio restaurant. It is included on packages that specify it, but the hotel also sells it separately, so check what your rate covers.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late arrival is not a problem as the desk runs around the clock. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the day's occupancy.

Yes. There is a Kidz Club for under-sixes with beanbags and floor games, and the pool wraps the courtyard. The Triple Classic at 38m² takes a king and a single, the Family Connecting joins two Deluxe rooms through an internal door, and the Presidential Suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Phu Bai International Airport is about a 31-minute drive south of the hotel. Da Nang airport is roughly two and a half hours away by road over the Hai Van Pass, which is the usual route if you are combining Hue with Da Nang or Hoi An.
