Guests come for the sea view and the breakfast - balconies looking straight across the road to My Khe Beach, a rooftop pool and bar, a wide international breakfast, and staff who are named for their warmth. Value gets a lot of mentions. Road noise from Vo Nguyen Giap Street is the recurring complaint, and some find the beds hard.

Getting about: the beach is across the road, but the city centre is not walkable - the Dragon Bridge and Han Market are a ten-minute Grab, the local seafood restaurants a short walk along the beach road, and the airport about 20 minutes.
