Four grades, all pool villas. The One Bedroom Private Pool Villa (Garden View) is 96-106m², the Two Bedroom Private Pool Villa (Garden View) is 212m² with a king and a twin bed, and there are ocean-front two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas at about 403m². Every villa has its own garden courtyard and pool.

It is on the beach at Ngu Hanh Son on the Da Nang coast road, with direct access to the sand. The Marble Mountains are a few minutes inland by car. Hoi An Ancient Town is about twenty-five to thirty minutes south and central Da Nang about fifteen minutes north, so both need a car.

Yes, and it is not tied to a time slot. TIA calls it All-Day Breakfast and will serve it in your villa, on the beach or in the restaurant whenever you want it. Menus are built around plant-based dishes with a balanced à la carte alongside.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are fine. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Yes. There is a children's club and in-villa babysitting, and the two and three-bedroom villas are built for families or two couples travelling together. The garden courtyards are walled and private, which helps with young children.

The resort gives fifteen minutes from Da Nang International Airport, and booking sites list about eighteen. Hoi An is roughly a further twenty-five minutes south. Transfers can be arranged in advance through Few Days.
