Guests come for the villas and the spa - each villa with its own pool on a quiet islet in the Thu Bon River, a daily massage and steam included in the rate, a personal host, and a breakfast that is called excellent. The included basket-boat trips and yoga fill the days. Karaoke and burning from the neighbouring village occasionally drift across the water.

Getting about: it is an island, reached by a short boat from the Cam Nam side, so nothing is walkable - the resort runs boats and bikes to the Old Town about 15 minutes away, and most guests plan to stay put.

Where is the resort and what is within walking distance?

It sits on Con Ba Xa islet in the Thu Bon River, reached by a short boat crossing from the reception at 232 Tran Nhan Tong Street on the Cam Nam side of Hoi An. Nothing is walkable from the islet itself, but the Ancient Town is about 2 km away, a 15-minute ride on the villa's bamboo bicycle or a 5-minute boat trip.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is served at The Merchant and is available throughout the day rather than at fixed hours, with fruit, local granola, banh mi, pho, home-made yoghurt and eggs cooked to order.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Guests are met at the mainland reception on Tran Nhan Tong Street and taken across to the islet by boat.

Yes. The 210m² Family Villas have a separate twin bedroom and two bathrooms, and there is a kids' club with indoor and outdoor play areas. Children under 5 stay free on existing bedding with breakfast; older children are charged.

How do I get there and how long does it take?

Da Nang International Airport is about 30 km away, roughly 45 minutes by car to the mainland reception, followed by the boat crossing. Few Days Ha Long can include a private transfer.
