Entry level is the 22m² Junior Deluxe Without Windows, then Deluxe Double and Twin Window at 25m², Senior Deluxe Sakura at 25m², Premier grades at 28m², Executive City View and Executive Sakura at 30m², Family Window Room at 38m², Sakura Suite City View and 1 Bedroom Studio at 42m², Family Suite City View at 50m², two-bedroom corner units at 72m² and a three-bedroom corner suite at 105m². Rooms labelled Sakura are a Japanese-styled decor line, not a view.

It is at 22-24 Thi Sach Street in District 1. Saigon's Japan Town and the Vincom Center shopping mall are about two minutes on foot, Dong Khoi Street and the Opera House about three, and the City Hall around seven. Ben Thanh Market is a longer walk of about fifteen minutes.

The buffet breakfast is served from 6.00am to 9.30am in the hotel restaurant and covers European, Asian and Japanese dishes. Guests are asked to bring their room key card to the restaurant.

The hotel's published rules give check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 noon. All guests must show photo identification at reception on arrival. Earlier check-in or a later departure depends on room availability that day.

Yes. The 38m² Family Window Room has two queen beds and the 50m² Family Suite City View has a king plus two sofa beds. Larger parties can take the 72m² two-bedroom corner units or the 105m² three-bedroom corner suite. Note that the hotel's general house rules cap a standard room at three adults, or four people including two children, so confirm the headcount when booking.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is about 7.7km away, which is typically 25 to 35 minutes by car. Traffic in District 1 is heavy at the start and end of the working day, so allow extra time for a morning flight. The hotel offers airport transport on request.
