Seven grades. Superior No Window is 14m² with a double bed, Boutique Double 16m², Executive 17-19m², Deluxe Twin No Window 19-21m² with twin beds, and Signature 20-23m² taking double, twin or triple beds for up to three. The Gallery Suite is 29m² and Family Triple is 37-40m² for up to three guests. Two grades are named for having no window, so ask if daylight matters.

It is at 20-22-24 Thai Van Lung Street in District 1, inside Saigon's Japan Town. The Opera House, Dong Khoi Street and Nguyen Hue walking street are a few minutes on foot, along with the Vincom Center mall. Ben Thanh Market is roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the west.

Yes, a buffet breakfast is served at SILK Restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel publishes two different sets of hours on its own page - 5.30am to 9.30am in the facilities section and 6.00am to 10.00am in its FAQ - so confirm on arrival. Early breakfasts can be arranged for guests leaving before service starts.

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out at midday. The hotel offers free early check-in from 11.00am and late check-out until 2.00pm, subject to availability, with a charge outside those hours. Booking direct also carries early check-in and late check-out among its listed benefits.

It is limited. The hotel states its standard is two guests per room and that larger rooms are few. The Signature grade takes up to three, and Family Triple at 37-40m² is the one designed for three.
