Four grades. Superior is 16m² with a double bed and no window. Deluxe is 21m² with a double or twin beds and a window. Premium Deluxe is 26m² with a double bed and a window. The Min Suite is 35m², has a double plus a single bed and takes three guests.

It is at 81 Hai Ba Trung Street in District 1, the central district. Ben Thanh Market is about 600m, roughly a ten-minute walk. The Opera House, Dong Khoi Street and Nguyen Hue walking street are all within a similar distance, and Saigon's Japan Town is a few streets away.

Yes, a buffet breakfast is served at Min Restaurant on the ground floor from 6.00am to 10.00am. It covers international dishes, pastries, tropical fruit and Vietnamese pho. Children under 6 eat free, and there is a per-night breakfast charge for children aged 6 to 12.

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is at midday, the standard across Silverland's hotels. Guests booking direct are offered free early check-in from noon and late check-out until 2.00pm, subject to availability. Hours beyond that may carry a charge.

The Min Suite is the only grade that takes three guests, with a double bed and a single bed, so it is the one to book for a family. All other grades are listed for two. Silverland's group policy lets children under 6 stay free, up to two per room, and extra beds can be requested subject to room type and availability.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is roughly 7km away. Silverland states its city-centre hotels are about 30 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. The hotel runs a transport service and can arrange airport pick-up or drop-off if booked in advance.
