The Itinerary

3 Days / 2 Nights, hour by hour.

Day 1

Tuan Chau - Ha Long Bay - Tra Bau, Lan Ha Bay

11:00-11:30Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, Lot 33; check in over welcome tea in the lounge.

11:45-12:00Transfer by tender to Nostalgia; a welcome drink and the safety briefing.

12:45Lunch is served as the ship departs into Ha Long Bay.

15:00Kayaking at the Dark & Bright Caves, or the beaches at Ba Trai Dao - whichever the tide favours.

17:00Back onboard; the ship moves to Tra Bau for the night.

18:00A Vietnamese cooking demonstration and happy hour at the bar.

19:15A Vietnamese-French dinner onboard.

21:00A tea ceremony, then squid fishing, board games or a film.

Day 2

Lan Ha Bay - Viet Hai Village - Ba Men Temple

06:00-06:30Tai Chi on the sundeck as the sun comes up.

06:45Breakfast as the ship cruises on.

07:45Step across to the day boat for Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba; cycle through the rainforest to the village.

13:30Ba Men Temple, then kayaking and time on the beach.

16:00Return to Nostalgia for swimming, a cooking class and the sunset.

19:00Dinner onboard.

21:00The evening is yours.

Day 3

Lan Ha Bay - Cat Ba Island - Tuan Chau

06:00-06:30Tai Chi on the sundeck at sunrise.

06:45A light breakfast onboard.

08:30Hoa Cuong Cave, the Diamond Cave - Trung Trang is the alternative when conditions favour it.

09:45Return to the ship and check out of your cabin.

10:00Brunch in the restaurant as the ship cruises back.

11:00-11:45Disembark at Tuan Chau and conclude the cruise.
