Guests keep it simple: lovely staff, always smiling and always helping, a rooftop pool and city-view bar they rave about, and a breakfast that gets called amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little snug in places, and it sits on a quieter street just off the Old Quarter - good value all round.
Within walking distance: it's about a fifteen-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Opera House, with the whole Old Quarter easy to explore on foot from the door.

The hotel's own site publishes five grades: Superior No Windows at 20m², Junior City View at 20m², Senior City View, Executive Suite at 30m² and Family City View at 40m². Booking sites also sell a May De Ville Suite and a set of Connecting Rooms sleeping four. The Superior grade has no outside window.
The address is 24 Phan Huy Chu, Hoan Kiem District, in the French Quarter east of the Old Quarter. Hoan Kiem Lake is about ten minutes on foot and the Hanoi Opera House a similar distance. Hom Market and the Vincom Centre are close by, and the Old Quarter street food area is fifteen minutes' walk.
Yes on most rates. A cooked to order breakfast is served each morning from 06:30 to 10:00, with an a la carte option alongside it. The hotel also has a coffee lounge for drinks and pastries through the day.

Yes. The 40m² Family City View room has one double bed and two twin beds and takes three guests, and booking sites also sell connecting rooms that sleep four. The rooftop pool and the 24 hour room service both help with children.
Noi Bai International Airport is around 30km away and the drive usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. The hotel arranges airport transfers for a fee, along with car hire, tours and ticketing. Hanoi railway station is roughly a ten minute drive.
