What guests say
Guests come for the calm of West Lake and the service - big, new rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass over the water, a rooftop pool and sauna with views across Hanoi, a well-equipped gym, and staff who are named again and again for going out of their way. The breakfast is varied, though drink orders can be slow at busy times.
Getting about: this is Tay Ho, not the Old Quarter - Lotte Mall and a few restaurants are a ten-minute walk, but the Old Quarter is a 20-minute Grab ride, and some guests note evening noise from construction and a new amusement park opposite.
