Seven grades are published: Standard Double, Superior Double or Twin and Deluxe Double or Twin at 20m², Executive Room and Suite with Balcony at 25m², and Family Room and Suite with Terrace at 50m². The Standard and Superior grades have no outside window. The Suite with Balcony, Family Room and Suite with Terrace all have outdoor space.

Where exactly is it and what is walkable?

The address is 65 Hang Be, Hoan Kiem District, in the Old Quarter. Hoan Kiem Lake is about two minutes on foot and Ngoc Son Temple, the Huc Bridge, Hang Be Market and Ma May ancient house are three to five minutes. Dong Xuan Market, St Joseph's Cathedral and the Hanoi Opera House are all reachable on foot in fifteen to twenty minutes.

Is breakfast included?

The hotel serves a buffet breakfast at its open air restaurant on the upper floor. Whether it is included depends on the rate booked, so it is worth confirming at the time of booking. Coffee is served in the same space through the day.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an extra fee and depend on room availability.

Does it suit families?

Yes. The 50m² Family Room has one extra-large double bed plus two single beds and a balcony with a city view, and the hotel lists its occupancy as two adults plus two children under five. Extra beds and cots are available for a fee. The Suite with Terrace is another option for a family wanting more space.

How long is the transfer from the airport or station?

Noi Bai International Airport is around 30km north of the Old Quarter and the drive normally takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. The hotel runs its own airport pick-up and drop-off service with a driver meeting guests in the arrivals hall, and prices include tolls. Hanoi railway station is about a ten minute drive.
