Hoan Kiem Lake and the O Quan Chuong old city gate are both a few minutes on foot, and Dong Xuan Market, the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the Hanoi Opera House are all walkable. Ta Hien and the Old Quarter street food area are around the corner.
