The Hotel

Bellerive Hoi An Resort and Spa is a 2023 resort at 33 Le Dai Hanh Street in the Cua Dai area, on the lower Thu Bon River between Hoi An's Ancient Town and the coast. Low buildings in wood, stone and bamboo hold 170 rooms and suites, with eight two-level pool villas alongside. On site are a riverside infinity pool, Cocolangal restaurant, a pool bar, Shanti Spa, a fitness centre, a kids' playroom and the My Son ballroom. It suits families, groups and events wanting river views and shuttles to town and beach.

What guests say

Guests come for the rooms and the calm - large, spotless rooms with balconies over the river and gardens, a big pool, a spa, and a breakfast buffet that is consistently praised. Named staff get thanked for their attention and for the free bike tours. The trade-off for the peace is that it is not near anything.

Getting about: neither the Old Town nor Cua Dai Beach is walkable - the beach is 2.6 km - so guests rely on the free hourly shuttle to both, the free bikes, or a ten-minute taxi. There is no beach access from the resort itself.

Deluxe Garden and Deluxe River rooms are 33m² with a balcony; Junior Suites are 43m² with a small living area. The 110m² Executive Suite has a king bedroom, living room and kitchen, the 143m² Family Suite connects an Executive Suite with a twin Deluxe room, and the 200m² Penthouse has a master bedroom and a twin room. Two and three-bedroom villas of 165m² and 200m² each have a private pool and king beds in every bedroom.

Where is the resort and what is within walking distance?

It is on Le Dai Hanh Street in the Cua Dai area of Hoi An, on the north bank of the Thu Bon River. Cua Dai Beach is about 2.5 km away, a 5-minute drive, and the Ancient Town is a short taxi or shuttle ride rather than a walk. Free bicycles are available for the flat lanes and rice fields nearby.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. A full breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00 and is included in the rate. Rooms also have complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water replenished each day.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A late check-in fee may apply for arrivals between 18:00 and midnight, and the minimum check-in age is 15.

Is it suitable for families?

Yes. There is a children's pool, an indoor kids' playroom and free craft classes, and the Family Suite, Penthouse and villas give separate bedrooms.

How do I get there and how long does it take?

Da Nang International Airport is about 35 km away, around 45 minutes by car. The resort runs an airport shuttle and shuttles into town, or Few Days Ha Long can include a private transfer.
