Day 1

Ha Long - Bai Tu Long Bay - Vung Vieng - Cong Do

11:45-12:00Arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port and check in.

12:45Tender out to Athena Royal for a welcome drink and the safety briefing.

13:00Lunch as the ship heads out into Bai Tu Long Bay.

14:45Vung Vieng floating fishing village, seen from a kayak.

15:30-16:30The sauna is open; a massage if you want one.

17:00-18:30Happy hour, one drink on the house with every one you buy.

17:30A cooking demonstration with the head chef.

19:00A fusion set-menu dinner.

21:00Squid fishing, a film, or board games. Overnight at Cong Do.

Day 2

Cong Do - Cong Dam - Bai Tu Long Bay

06:00-06:30Tai Chi on the sundeck.

07:00-08:15Breakfast onboard.

08:30Step across to the day boat for the run deeper into Bai Tu Long.

09:45Kayaking through the Cong Dam area, among islets few boats reach.

12:00Lunch onboard the day boat.

13:30A Vietnamese tea ceremony.

15:30Return to the ship; the sauna is open.

17:00-18:30Happy hour and a cooking class.

19:00Dinner onboard.

21:00Squid fishing, or a massage.

Day 3

Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave - Ha Long

06:00-06:30Tai Chi on the sundeck.

07:00A light breakfast onboard.

07:30Thien Canh Son Cave - some two hundred stone steps up, and a white-sand beach at the bottom.

09:00Check out; the crew take the luggage down to the lounge.

09:30A brunch buffet as the ship cruises back.

10:45Tender ashore and conclude the cruise.
