Celina of the Sea Cruise

We've hosted guests aboard the Celina of the Sea and inspected her ourselves. She's new, she's genuinely beautiful, and the thing guests raise first is the crew - the sort who make each person feel like the most important guest aboard.

The food gets specific praise, served hot and generous where other boats let it go cold, and the Lan Ha Bay views from the decks are the quiet highlight. The cabins are clean and comfortable; our one piece of advice, which matches what guests tell us, is to take one of the larger rooms with a proper deck - the entry-level cabins are on the snug side. Days are relaxed, with activities there if you want them and nothing forced.

What we've found: the Celina is a lovely choice for couples and anyone who cares about service and food, on the quieter Lan Ha side. Book a bigger cabin and you'll have very little to fault.
